Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship your gear and our returns policy if something isn’t quite right.

Shipping Information

We know you’re eager to get your hands on your new gear, so we process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is on its way, here’s what to expect:

Please note: We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. If your location isn’t serviceable, we’ll contact you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We’re committed to your stoke factor – both in the water and with your gear. While we hope you love your new surf equipment, we understand that sometimes things might not be quite right.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Item must be in the same condition you received it
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase

Important Note on Surfboards

Due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of surfboard selection, surfboards (Beginner, Longboard, and Shortboard) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your board thoroughly upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us a return request at [email protected] using the template below
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your approval email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label for damaged/incorrect items.

Refund Timeline and Method

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days of arrival):

  • Timeline: We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Your refund will be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

For defective or damaged items, we’re happy to exchange for the same item. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges for different products at this time – the quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
