Takayama Egg Tuflite Overview – If your an older grommet (less agile than in your younger years), a bigger surfer not interested in shortboard corn chips, OR If you’re not quite ready to rip and shred on a shortboard, and longboard “cruising” simply sounds boring, a Hawaiian Pro Designs Takayama Egg is the perfect solution. This model is an “eggy” looking shape that allows the rider to trim high on the wave in the middle of the board or race down the line on the tail, whichever the rider prefers. A perfect board for beginners getting their first shorter board all the way through to advanced riders! This board offers plenty of paddling speed, early wave entry and tons of down-the-line speed. Trimming the board from the middle and cruising the high-line is heaps of fun, tucking into a little cover up and hitting the foam off the top will make you feel like your ripping!

You really can’t pass this board up if you are a competent older surfer whose fitness isn’t what it was.
